Dress Code & Uniform
Uniform Policy
All students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform every day. Wearing the uniform correctly instils discipline, a sense of equality, and pride in belonging to the VPVGBVM community. The uniform must be clean, ironed, and properly worn at all times during school hours.
- School ID card must be worn with the uniform at all times
- Black shoes and white socks are mandatory
- Hair must be neatly tied / combed; no coloured highlights
- Jewellery is not permitted (except small ear studs for girls)
- Sports uniform to be worn on designated Physical Education days

Library & Health
Library Rules
- Each student may borrow up to 2 books at a time
- Books must be returned within 7 days of issue
- Strict silence must be maintained inside the library
- Books must be handled with care; damage will attract a fine
- Reference books and periodicals are for in-library use only
- Library cards are non-transferable
- Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside
Health & Medical
- A dedicated Medical Room is available on campus
- Trained first-aid personnel are on duty during school hours
- Parents are informed immediately in case of illness or injury
- Students with chronic conditions must submit a medical certificate
- Annual health check-ups are conducted for all students
- Vaccinations are facilitated through tie-ups with local health authorities
- Students feeling unwell must report to the medical room — not leave campus without written permission
