Dress Code & Uniform
Uniform Policy
All students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform every day. Wearing the uniform correctly instils discipline, a sense of equality, and pride in belonging to the VPBVM community. The uniform must be clean, ironed, and properly worn at all times during school hours.
- School ID card must be worn with the uniform at all times
- Black shoes and white socks are mandatory
- Hair must be neatly tied / combed; no coloured highlights
- Jewellery is not permitted (except small ear studs for girls)
- Sports uniform to be worn on designated Physical Education days

Library & Health
Library Rules
- Each student may borrow up to 2 books at a time
- Books must be returned within 7 days of issue
- Strict silence must be maintained inside the library
- Books must be handled with care; damage will attract a fine
- Reference books and periodicals are for in-library use only
- Library cards are non-transferable
- Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside
Health & Medical
- A dedicated Medical Room is available on campus
- Trained first-aid personnel are on duty during school hours
- Parents are informed immediately in case of illness or injury
- Students with chronic conditions must submit a medical certificate
- Annual health check-ups are conducted for all students
- Vaccinations are facilitated through tie-ups with local health authorities
- Students feeling unwell must report to the medical room — not leave campus without written permission
Parent–Teacher Meetings
Scheduled PTMs
- PTMs are held twice per term (4 times per academic year)
- Dates are communicated via the school diary and notice board at least one week in advance
- Parents are encouraged to meet class teachers to discuss academic progress and conduct
- Attendance of at least one parent/guardian is compulsory for each PTM
- Progress reports and mark sheets are distributed during PTMs
Special Appointments
- Parents may meet subject teachers or the Head Teacher by prior appointment
- Walk-in meetings are available on Saturdays between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Concerns may also be raised via the school diary or written communication
- The School Management Committee holds an open house session once a year
- All grievances are addressed within 7 working days

What is the medium of instruction at VPBVM?
VPBVM is an English Medium school affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). The primary medium of instruction is English. However, Marathi and Hindi are taught as second and third languages respectively, in accordance with the state curriculum. All students receive a strong foundation in both English and regional languages.

Yes, VPBVM provides school bus connectivity covering key routes across Baramati. The buses are driven by experienced, licensed drivers and are supervised by a school attendant to ensure student safety. Bus routes and timings are announced at the start of each academic year. Special appointments with subject teachers or the Head Teacher can be arranged through the school office on any working day.
